sylvester stalloneSylvester Stallone was originally born July 6, 1946 in Hell's Kitchen as Michael Sylvester Gardenzio Stallone. The oldest son of Francesco Stallone Sr. (a hairdresser) and Jackie Stallone (astrologer, and dancer). Frank Stallone Sr, his younger brother is an actor, musician and hairdresser. Sylvester was left with a paralysis on the lower left of his face because of complications during childbirth. He is now sporting the famous "snarling" expression and slightly blurred voice. Stallone has spent a significant portion of his childhood in foster care as a result of the conflicting parent-child relationship. The couple divorced later. Stallone was a drama student in Switzerland at the American College before moving on to Miami University. Stallone left school to pursue acting in New York City.
